Spring On The Liffey - Historic Dublin Canvas Print

My only trip to Dublin so far was in the midst of winter, but this print very much fits my imaginings of a spring day in that beautiful city. Some day I will compare reality to my imagination!

The Liffey Bridge is a landmark over the river, but most people know it by its informal name, the Ha'Penny Bridge. It's been nearly a century since a toll was charged to pass between north and south Dublin, but, you guessed it, the toll was a half penny. This historic bridge is the oldest cast iron bridge in Ireland and a beautiful example of one!
