The subject of this old red tractor was inspired by stories my father told about growing up on their family farm. I never saw the actual tractor he used but he said it was a Farmall Cub likely from the 1940s. As he's passed away I can't ask him if this is in the right ballpark or not. My father's earliest memories were of plowing with mules. Sometime in the early 1950's his father purchased a second hand Farmall Cub
