Description
During my short stay in San Cristobal De Las Casas, I never made it up to the hilltop church at the top of the Calle Real de Guadalupe, but I loved the view of it in the distance.
This beautiful and colorful street earns its name from that church on the hill. I loved how pedestrian friendly this particular street was and how many people were out taking a walk on this beautiful afternoon. As I stood there taking in the colorful shops and the throngs of people, I had a strong appreciation for this beautiful corner of Chiapas. And I also understood why I had encountered so many expats from across the world here. Doesn't this beautiful Mexican city have a welcoming and beautiful vibe to it?
Just looking at this photo, I long to walk those streets in San Cristobal De Las Casas once more!
