Artist's Description
A vintage collage of old farming and gardening advertising, catalogs, and seed packets forms the backdrop to this artwork that features a brilliant ripe green bell pepper.
The bell pepper is native to Mexico, Central America and northern South America and was first brought to Spain in the late 15th century where it quickly spread to Europe, Africa, and the east. The name is a bit misleading as it's not related to pepper in India. The name varies according to region from bell pepper in the US to simply pepper to capsicum.
A fun design for gardeners, cooks, and more!

Whether you've purchased one piece or a house full or you simply admire and share with your friends, your patronage of my art is...
