Description
It might not look like it, but the Savannah Theatre is nearing it's 200th anniversary. The first Savannah Theatre opened on the same site as the current one in December of 1818. The current building was opened in 1950 (following a fire that destroyed the previous building in 1948). Nothing seems to stop the Savannah Theatre. Hurricanes have blown it down, multiple fires, but it keeps coming back. The current design is an Art Deco movie house but today there are still live productions on its stage just as there have been for two centuries in the historic city of Savannah on Georgia's coast.
This is layers of watercolor and acrylic scanned and final detail work done in Corel.
