Description
Sunrise on the Flint River between the small towns of Montezuma and Oglethorpe in rural Macon County, Georgia. There's a bit of fall color in the trees and a thick fog rising off the old river but the sun is coming over the trees and it will soon burn off.
Early morning light isn't just for artists, as you can see, there are people out already on the waters of the Flint. In fact, those guys were coming into the boat landing so they had been out before I was! Just a taste of life in a rural landscape.
