Description
Starry night view of the beautiful and historic St. Augustine Lighthouse. This is the second lighthouse for the port at St. Augustine. The first was built in 1824 and was in danger of falling into the ocean by 1870. The second light was completed in 1874 and still stands today on the north end of Anastasia Island.
It's depicted here as it would look at night from the shoreline with the tower rising high above the treeline and homes below.
