This snowy cabin beneath the stars is no place in specific but sort of an idealized mountain retreat. Despite the bulk of the scene being cool blue, the warm light of the few windows in the old rustic cabin leaves one with an overall warm feeling.
When I was working on this, I imagined it some place out west like Colorado, but it can be wherever your own personal happy place exists. For me, I just feel a great and needed sense of calm when I look at this starry night scene. How about you?
