This autumn scene was somewhat inspired by my late father who was the "dog person" in our family. Our last family dog passed about a year before him and I imagine they are reunited somewhere playing fetch. If you look closely that's a stick the man in this fall color scene is holding, not a leash. His faithful companion is waiting for the chance to fetch.
