Artist's Description

Built in 1859, Pensacola Light is the third lighthouse to aid in navigation for ships entering Pensacola Bay on the Florida coast. At 150 feet tall, it's a classic example of southeastern 19th century lighthouses.

The keeper's cottage seen at the foot of the towering light was built a decade later in 1869. It was a duplex designed to house the head keeper, the assistant keeper, and their families. The light itself is automated today and the keeper's cottage has been restored and houses a museum.

Whether you've purchased one piece or a house full or you simply admire and share with your friends, your patronage of my art is...
