Product Details

Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

Artist's Description

I saw Salem on a most uncharacteristic winter day. There wasn't a drop of snow in sight and the sun shone brightly. It almost had the feeling of an autumn day rather than mid-winter. It certainly made me want to wander those old colonial streets again some day when the leaves were turning or the first green of spring was about.

Salem was truly a pleasure for me, as I can imagine for many tourists who wander there. The streets are just packed with historic homes. Little pieces of Colonial History and Georgian Architecture all over.

This particular house bears the honor of being the birthplace of Nathaniel Hawthorne, the famed American writer. There was something so ordinary about the little house, but at the same time such a special place. Perhaps you had the same feeling standing at the end of that little walk in Salem on a sunny afternoon?
