Product Details

Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

Artist's Description

There was a time when I took photos that I did my best to eliminate the people, or at least minimize them. Needless to say, a street scene like this one on a street corner in Dublin would have driven me bats! Later, I started to appreciate the element humans add to a scene. There's so many reasons to enjoy their presence from a simple issue of scale to giving the viewer of the image a way to mentally insert themselves into the moment, someone they could identify with as the observer.

But my favorite thing in street scenes is to attempt to allow the people to help guide one's eyes through the scene as I believe they do when one views this photo taken at the end of O'Connell Street where it meets Parnell Square. THe red brick building on the opposite corner is part of Cavendish Row. And when your eyes read the sidewalk of that beautiful building, it's when they human presence comes to life.
