Artist's Description

There's just something about the cool style of the fifties! I guess the cars today are probably more aerodynamic but the retro cool of those fins on a '57 Chevy are the best! I wanted to do some work featuring a '57 Chevy because my grandfather drove one. His was dark green and a sedan, which you can plainly see this one is not, but I felt this blue color scheme and style fit better with the overall piece. And I can always tackle one like his another day!
