Artist's Description

The office towers and hotels that make up the Atlanta downtown skyline surrounding Peacthree Center. Many of the buildings on this part of the skyline were designed by John C. Portman, Jr. This part of the cityscape was envisioned in the 1970s as a 'new downtown' area north of the older Five Points district.

The Atlanta skyline is shown here at night in a rainstorm.
