Description
Combination of photo manipulation and digital painting in Corel Painter and Adobe Photoshop. The original photo of a road somewhere in the United Kingdom was supplied as part of a contest/exercise and featured an empty stretch of road in the daytime. What caught my eye was the bare branches and I imagined the moon shining through them in a night sky. This image of a couple walking and holding hands with their dog is what ultimately came from my imagination. At the end of the wall is a faint light which suggests home is not far away, so they are almost home from their winter night's walk.
