Artist's Description

Artwork featuring the neon Arctic Bear restaurant sign that used to stand on corner of Oglethorpe Boulevard and Slappey Drive in Albany, Georgia. And it's still fondly remembered by several generations of the citizens of Albany and surrounding areas.
